Health & Wellness Camps for Truck Union in Nalagarh

It is health which is real wealth, and not pieces of gold and silver.
At INDAG, health and wellness are central to our work with both our people and the larger community. Through Project Chetna with YouthReach, we have supported health and sanitation initiatives for several years.
The team conducted field health camps at Truck Union, Nalagarh in Himachal Pradesh, where diagnostic tests were carried out for truckers and community members.
More than 100 people were tested through these camps, and many more were educated about lifestyle diseases through one-to-one sessions. Under the Health Club program, the initiative has reached more than 1000 people so far.
From July 2019 onwards, the program has covered diagnostics such as haemoglobin, sugar, hypertension, malaria, typhoid, urine, cholesterol, and hepatitis B at very nominal cost, while also spreading preventive health awareness.
We hope to continue these efforts and contribute meaningfully to social healthcare and well-being in the communities around us.
